ADAS has been commissioned by Defra to undertake a study to understand current usage and barriers to the use of enhanced efficiency fertilisers (EEFs). Here we define EEFs to include, urease inhibitors, nitrification inhibitors and slow release fertilisers.

The survey will collect data to feed into a larger study, which is reviewing the effectiveness of EEFs to reduce nitrogen losses to the environment and impacts on crop yield & quality. Your feedback is important to our study and future policy development on the use of EEFs.

Your responses to this survey will be entirely confidential and will contribute to an anonymous dataset for analysis. A report of the findings will be produced, but data will be aggregated and anonymised and we will not release the identities of individual participants in the survey.  Data will be stored on a secure computer with access only by the immediate research team at ADAS and will be deleted within 12 months of completion of the research project.

The questionnaire will take 15 minutes to complete and your participation is voluntary.
